Browser Compatibility

Yoh Exchange and MyPortal are optimized for desktop versions of Internet Explorer. Versions 8, 9 and 10 are preferred; older versions may cause noticeable screen delays.

Other Browsers:
Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are supported (without Adobe Interactive forms support)
Apple Safari 5.1 and 6.0 are supported (without Adobe Interactive forms support)
Some reports require Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher.

Other Settings/Instructions

• Cookies must be enabled for at least the domain *dayzim.com.
• Javascript must be enabled.
• Popup blockers must be disabled, or set to allow popups from *dayzim.com.
• You should bypass proxy for domain *dayzim.com.
• The user's cache should be emptied frequently, particularly for computers with multiple users.
